It's turning out to be a pretty exciting week and/or month. I did my second interview on Monday and was offered a job. I accepted and will start at the new place in early May. I don't have anything in writing so I haven't given notice yet, but things are looking good. Things become increasingly painful at my current job, so this will be a much needed change.

I performed a semi-complex repair job on our fridge yesterday. A valve from the water filtration system broke sometime during the move. We suspect that it had water in it that happened to freeze while it was in storage. The feat, which included the identifying and ordering of replacement parts, was so amazing that I almost thought about a career change - fridge repair has got to be a satisfying and profitable career, I'd imagine.

I've decided that my favorite radio show has got to be The Glenn Beck Program. Rush is a classic and will always be at the top, but Glenn is the best for pure entertainment. I didn't realize it until just now, but he is on KPTL-AM 1300. I hadn't ever heard of the station before, but I did a search for Reno affiliates and that one came up. They also have Tony Snow, who I like very much. I listen to Glenn Beck on XM Radio, but it's good to see he's on AM, too. Definitely listen to him when you get a chance.

By the way, has anyone tried any of the new finger foods at Wendy's? I was so excited to try them that I couldn't stop biting my nails! At least, I think they were my nails...
