MISC. Bloggers

It is getting closing to moving day, and I am starting to feel sad. I know I am going to miss my first house. This house did well for us, and we are leaving it. Sniff Sniff. Slowly boxes are being packed and heading to the storage unit. Brad and I will be homeless until our house is ready in January. Thanks to Brads parents we will stay with them till the new house is completed.

I am very sun burnt from our hiking trip to Mt Rose. It is only on my face, ears and neck. All I keep hearing at work is "the elevation was over 10 thousand feet what were you thinking not wearing sunblock" Anywhoo... Mike and I talked about putting sun block on, then about an hour later actually put some one, but it was after the fact that we were already burned.

Went to Gary Lovelands funeral today. It was a nice service and the whole Rock chapel gym was packed, even onto the stage.
A shirtless biker carying soda cans said as we were walking in "you cant fit all those people in that church". Brad and I said, well there is a huge gym that opens up from the chapel. I think he still left doubtfull. Funny
I didn't know the Lovelands, but the Carpenters were in the same ward when they lived in Sparks. I can tell he was a great person who set a good example, was service oriented and really loved his family. I wish I did know Gary Loveland.
