Today was fairly exciting and/or productive, so I have no excuse not to blog. Better yet, I have a perfect excuse to blog.

We got to go to the church at 8:00 this morning to help clean the building. Immediately after cleaning the church we continued the fun with a trip to the gym. Emilie went to some sort of "girl" party (candles or scrapbooking or utensils or something) so I did my own thing. I took the bike out for a spin down the "Mira Loma" trail - pretty basic stuff, but it was a good ride. I went from Damonte High up toward Rattlesnake Mountain on Mira Loma and then back.

I went and looked for a few caches and found PMCO 9020, Slow Down & Enjoy The View and Cinema Nevada. I made a it a point to find "Cinema Nevada" because I suspect this one won't last too long. It is located in a very precarious spot and I can't imagine it will be there long before it gets stolen or archived.

We had dinner with some friends and came home to find out that my attempt to record COPS failed. This is just the most recent in a long list of failed attempts to record something with our new VCR using the timer. The recording failed, but the good news is that I finally figured out why the recordings keep failing. That makes me happy.

Now, while I type this entry I am watching Eegah. Since I have early meetings tomorrow I better go to bed...
