What gives? At the direction of my boss, I took a few days of work - the first day being Christmas and lasting until New Year's Day. I'm planning on going back tomorrow, but I'm a little irritated. With this unusual amount of time off I thought it would be a good opportunity to get some caching in; however, the weather has been highly uncooperative. It has been snowy, rainy, windy and cold - hardly good weather to go tromping around.

I decided last night that I would go today no matter what, but the strength of the wind and the wetness of the weather has made me think twice.

On a happier note, we went to my parent's house Christmas Eve to have dinner and hang out. We stayed overnight and spent our Christmas day there. Christmas afternoon we went to Emilie's parent's house for Christmas dinner and to spend some time with her family. We played some Cranium with my family and had a pretty good day. The vacation since then has consisted of a little work, a lot of relaxing and far too little caching.

Emilie treated me pretty good and got me a Dremel tool, Enter the Matrix video game, Penguin Planet and a few other goodies.

It's the last day of vacation and the weather is yucky.
